By creating an account with, or using in any way, Loda, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
I hate long user agreements, and I'm betting you do, too. I'll try to keep this short and sweet, so you don't see pages and pages of legalese and run screaming for the hills.
The "Service": The online service Loda
"Beta": A version of the service that is not ready for a stable public release and may malfunction frequently
By using the Service, you agree not to:
By using the Service, you agree to release the Service and the developers thereof of any liability for damages, monetary or otherwise, both directly or indirectly caused by the Service.
Loda is a beta service. It is early in development, far from complete stability, and should not be expected to function 100% correctly. If you experience any issue you believe to be caused by the Service, please contact us via the Help Page or click the contact button below. Additionally, not all advertised features may be implemented as of yet.
If you want to help, please document any errors you find, including the times they occur. Take screenshots of them occurring, and send them to us at the LodaJS subreddit.
We do not sell your data to any third parties. We may store your data on servers owned by a third party (e.g. Google, Amazon). Payment information you provide is stored primarily by our payment processor, Stripe.
You must pay any balance due before closing your account.
If we find your account to have violated our policy to to be involved in illegal activities, we will terminate your account immediately.
This agreement may be modified at any time and without warning. As long as you are a user of the Service, you are held to whichever agreement is currently present on the Service. Yeah, I know this is a sucky way to write a EULA, but we're in Beta and will need to immediately patch any loopholes we find without making users such as yourself re-agree every fucking time we correct a type typo. You're welcome.
